Vybenix for Android (“Vybenix,” “the app”) is operated by Cemil Tüyloğlu, an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Vybenix Android application.

Vybenix lets you browse, preview, download, and apply static and live wallpapers. You can save downloaded wallpapers in My Library on your device.
The current Android app does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use its wallpaper features.
Vybenix connects to our catalog service at www.vybenix.com to retrieve wallpaper information, categories, and search results.
When you search for wallpapers, the search terms you enter are sent to the catalog service so that it can return matching results.
The app also connects to the media URLs supplied by the catalog to display wallpaper images, stream a live wallpaper preview when you request it, and download selected wallpapers. Media may be delivered through third-party hosting and storage infrastructure, including Supabase.
As with other internet services, these requests can involve technical connection information, such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, and user-agent information. Our hosting, storage, and delivery providers may process this information to deliver content, maintain service availability, and protect their infrastructure.
We do not use the Android app to request your precise location, contacts, or access to your personal photo gallery.
The current Vybenix Android app does not include in-app advertising, an advertising SDK, an app analytics SDK, or a separate third-party crash-reporting SDK.
It does not offer user accounts or cloud synchronization of My Library.
These statements apply to the Android app and should not be taken as a description of the separate Vybenix website or of diagnostic information independently processed by Google Play and the Android operating system.
When you download a wallpaper, Vybenix saves the downloaded image or video and associated library information in the app’s private storage on your device.
Associated information may include the wallpaper’s title, identifier, description, category, tags, source URL, local file path, and download details.
When you select a live wallpaper, the app also stores the selected wallpaper’s identifier and local playback information on your device so that Android can display it.
Vybenix does not upload your downloaded wallpaper library or synchronize it with an online account. Android backup of the app’s private library is disabled.
When you tap Preview Live, the app streams the selected video from its media source. The preview stops when you stop it or leave the app.
After you download and apply a live wallpaper, the Vybenix live wallpaper service plays the downloaded video from local storage.
Wallpaper placement options may differ by Android device and manufacturer. Android’s system wallpaper service manages the final application of a selected wallpaper.
You can remove downloaded wallpapers from My Library. An active live wallpaper may need to be replaced before its downloaded file can be removed.
Uninstalling Vybenix removes its app-private library, cache, and settings from your device through Android’s normal application removal process. A wallpaper already applied through Android may remain as your system wallpaper until you replace it.
Internet service providers and hosting or media-delivery providers may retain technical request records under their applicable operational, security, and retention practices. Removing a downloaded wallpaper or uninstalling the app does not necessarily remove records previously processed by those providers.

Vybenix uses external infrastructure to make the wallpaper catalog and media available. This includes website hosting and media storage or delivery services.
These providers may process technical information needed to respond to your requests and operate their services. Their handling of information is also subject to their applicable privacy and service terms.
We use HTTPS connections for the app’s catalog and media services and store downloaded wallpapers in app-private storage. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
Vybenix does not provide a child-specific account or social networking service. Parents and guardians should supervise their children’s use of the app and the content they access.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Android app, its services, or applicable requirements change. The updated policy and its effective date will be published on this page.
